The warranty covers product issues caused by manufacturing defects.

Wear & Damage Excluded

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and user-caused damage are not covered.

What Is Covered?

UC Leather products come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect caused during manufacturing, we will review your claim and help with a replacement if approved.

Manufacturing defects in materials or construction.
Defects that appear under normal intended use within one year of purchase.
Approved warranty claims may be replaced free of charge.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, or damage caused by the customer.

Scratches, scuffs, patina, leather darkening, or normal signs of use.
Accidental damage, cuts, stains, water damage, stretching, or altered shape.
Damage from misuse, improper care, overloading, or using the product outside its intended purpose.

How To Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

How long is the UC Leather warranty?

UC Leather products include a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

Does the warranty cover normal leather wear?

No. Normal leather wear, scratches, scuffs, patina, stretching, stains, water damage, and accidental damage are not covered.

Do I need photos or video?

Yes. Clear photos or video proof of the defect is required before a warranty claim can be reviewed.

What happens if my warranty claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, UC Leather will help with a replacement for the defective product.
